Hi, I'm Saddiya
I care deeply about how people experience learning. Some of the most meaningful moments in my work come from watching someone feel seen in a conversation, gain confidence, or leave a session thinking differently than when they arrived.
My background is rooted in HR, career education, and experiential learning. I have spent years designing workshops, facilitating conversations, and delivering engaging training to more than 1,200 learners.
Today I build and facilitate learning experiences for mission driven organizations. My belief is simple: people learn best when they feel engaged, reflected in the experience, and invited into the process.
